The goal of CCNN is to facilitate the process of informing, empowering and influencing the Nepalese people and government to take effective actions towards addressing climate change and its impacts.

In order to achieve its goal, CCNN will expand its members to include all key stakeholders involved in climate change in Nepal and coordinate among members to take on the following roles:
•    Information and Knowledge Manager
•    Capacity Builder
•    Advocate and champion on climate change
