CCNN regular activities are conducted via its secretariat. Till 2007, WWF was supporting the network as a secretariat and from 2007 and onwards Clean Energy Nepal (CEN) has been handed over the responsibility.

As for the guiding documents of the network, secretariat is responsibilities to carry out the following activities:
• Responsible to carry out day to day work of the network
• Facilitate networking, coordination and communication among the members

At Clean Energy Nepal (CEN), its Energy and Climate Change Unit has been voluntarily supporting CCNN related regular activities.
